Yu-Gi-Oh satire banned?
BackA Yu-Gi-Oh parody was recently deleted, Is this a case of Copyright Violations V's our legal right to "fair use" for producing parody? Was youtube wrong to bow to the will of the Yu-Gi-Oh copyright holder in this case? Did it stomp all over the users legally defensible right to use this Yu-Gi-Oh material under "fair use" laws for the purpose of satire? Will they get away with it simply because folk like us can't afford the legal fees to fight this crap? LittleKuriboh; producer of teh Yu-Gi-Oh parodies http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=LittleKuriboh The (probably useless, but awareness raiding) Petition from Mittopotahis fighting for the right of fair use of things like Yu-Gi-Oh http://youtube.com/watch?v=nuuP7slomlY
