Okay, this is our third installment of HAJproductions (the second is still in editing), and perhaps requires a bit more of an explanation than "Strega Nona." Our assignment was to create a movie with gendered objects. . .so, what we're playing with is the concept of the vagina dentata. This is the concept, conflated with castration anxiety (and thus often falsely attributed to Freud), that the vagina is, literally, toothed. The most orgasmic fruit, and one historically linked with fertility? The pomegranate. Thus. . . Granada Dentata. enjoy. (also, enjoy the relentless bass of Tori Amos)
