They backward masked the begining of the song because in the early 80's all the do gooders in the US were accusing bands of all sorts of satinc shit, Led Zep, Judas Priest ect...
so Maiden put the backwards message in as a joke, Niko sings it with a rasta accent.
"What ho sed de t'ing wid de t'ree bonce", which means "What
ho said the monster with the three heads." The second says "Don't meddle wid
t'ings you don't understand." And of course, the message ends with a belch! :)
