What song is the riff in the beginning of the Marshall audio preview from?

What I should be asking is if it's possible to get the T&C with a 5-way switch and then have basically the same guitar but the rounded shape I like better.
Watched this vid so many times now.
Every time... the siren in the background spooks me as if it's warning of the annoying beat to come. I think I've had that same $35 Radio Shack toy keyboard. He just needs to stomp a little harder when he turns it off :D

Whether it sounds better is the listener's opinion. It is possible for something badly made to have a certain charm, so it's possible for these to be officially "better" than the originals and still not appeal to you personally.
If he didn't really think they were good guitars, giving him one wouldn't be much incentive to lie about them, would it?

I'm sure the people who make these guitars are the last people to really knock the originals.
They're just being positive about their product as well as letting people know that they're not just knock-offs of something better but that they put a lot of thought into it. Everyone would still rather have your guitar!

So, if we ignore the middle pickups in this and the 3p...
The 2p, 3p, Coronado, Map and Town & Country are basically the same guitar? (With just different bodies and the obvious different tone/volume controls or inclusion of tremolo? Even the necks are the same, right?)

funny how this guy supposedly works for guitar one(crappy mag) but is pushing these shitty eastwoods so hard....what a used car salesman.
sound better than the original my ass...what a stupid thing to say...tell me eastwood didn't line his pocket or give him a guitar to say that...
jonjosephbarnes (November 5th, 2008 @ 5:03 am)
compare to the originals...these guitars suck.
also, how is it "very close" to the original when the body is a completely different material than the original...don't know about you but wood and plastic don't sound the same to me...

ive got a 1962 original model.. its is fucking godly. with a bigsby and gibson '57s. this guy is wrong. the first one was the best... you jsut have to dress the frets like a motherfucker haha

Never said there was, guitars from popular companies just aren't for me.
Fu345 (October 12th, 2008 @ 5:36 am)
maybe the reason so many people have strats is because they're good affordable guitars? There's nothing wrong with that.

These guitars are really nice, but please cut the "much nicer than the originals" line - there's really nothing wrong with my Supro Dual Tone at all - the old ones were quirky, but there's nothing wrong with that. Older Supros and Nationals are not badly made guitars.
