The world witnesses people like Gandhi in every century,which gives inspiration,strength to millions of people who dont have any rights,their land and who dont owe their life.Nonviolence is the only solution to peace.Look at Palestine,Kashmir,will the things get resolved peacefully if both sides resort to arms?

As an indian (or rather both my parents were born in india)I know there's racism everywhere. There are many indians who have racist ideals, many australians who have racist ideals, many chinese who have racist ideals. But its like what Atticus Finch said in To kill a mockingbird - its a truth that applies to all cultures and not one race of men. There are also good people in all cultures. BUT without people like him before and those who'll come after we may have not progressed at all.
